Mailing Lists Mailing lists allow a single email message to be sent to hundreds of recipients who choose to subscribe. It also allows all the list members to discuss things openly with each other. Lists can either be open (where anyone can join the list) or closed where the "moderator" adds and removes individual list members. Mailing lists are commonly used to help support products. Merula can set up "Majordomo" on request. The cost is from £50+VAT per year for a 100 member list. However you may want to give an email address to colleagues around your office, or another family member. Rather than getting another internet account, why not use Merula's advanced email forwarding account. With this account you can have an email address of anything@<hostname>.merula.co.uk. All email will be forwarded to your existing Internet Account. If you want to sort this email you may want to try VPOP3 or Ameol2. An email forwarding account costs just £50+VAT per year from Merula. You could combine this account with Domain Name Registration to give you the email address anything@company.co.uk   POP3 Email Accounts This account has exactly the same facilities, except you have your own email account on Merula's Mail server. This gives more control over your email. A POP3 email account costs just £70+VAT per year from Merula. You could combine this account with Domain Name Registration to give you the email address anything@company.co.uk   GoldMail Goldmail is Merula's ultimate email account, and the system is currently under development. It will allow email forwarding/splitting to be set by the user with the aid of a web based interface.
